The service was good. Easy check in. Nobody on the desk when I left.
Worst thing about the room? No plugs next to the bed. And the plugs were only 3 pin. No usb charging points, which nowadays must be the standard in all hotels given that we all use multiple devices that need charging.

Turned up very late after flight was delayed 4:50 am reception staff told cleaners to give us a later check out time which was very much appreciated, staff were excellent 👍

So, not the ideal location if you’re going to the Castle Combe Circuit, that is if you’re not privy to the non-satnav route to get there. Evidently this is a common issue with folks staying at either westbound or eastbound lodges as the reception has a printed instruction sheet guiding you between the two. Other than that, it was difficult to find in the dark as Travelodge signs not lit. But actual room is what you’d expect of a 1-star rated motel. Probably our one and only visit.

The receptionist Kiran was wonderful! I came abit early before my check in timing and he still let me check in, which I really appreciated because I had lots of stuff in my hand. They dun have lift so good luck to those ppl with big and heavy suitcases! The rooms is nothing special but the toilet does need a little scrubbing! There was stains on the toilet bowl and the bath tube! Thank god I’m only staying for the night!

I am afraid this one review is not very positive. Mattress is comfy and not a bad pillow. But in general room a bit dirty and my daughters bed sheet had a stain. They were good by quickly got a fresh one to the bedroom and my wife changed it. Dust and cobwebs were in different places. There isn't a place to eat breakfast. It was the cheapest deal around with free parking and well located by the M4. We just needed a place to rest for the night.

Receptionist was great much better than the guy previously she was Emily and friendly yes good rooms are what they are it’s just a travel lodge functional Clean breakfast box is not up for much Need to be looked at ask your c e o would he eat it if no then do something about it content not up to much ant thanks

Lovely location just close to Cheddar gorge yet far enough away that the prices are reasonable. Had a few very minor issues but we’re all sorted very quickly and professionally. Will definitely be going back there.
